Instead of billing insurance for every visit, patients pay a predictable monthly membership that covers many of their primary care needs. This allows for longer visits, easier communication with your care team, faster access when you’re sick, and fewer unexpected bills. By removing insurance-driven barriers, Direct Patient Care puts the focus back on prevention, continuity, and personalized care, helping patients receive timely care without the stress of high deductibles or surprise costs.

The Essential Membership provides straightforward access to care for individuals and families who want reliable support without high monthly costs. Members receive unlimited telehealth visits for common concerns, follow-ups, and questions, making it easy to stay connected to your care team. Each household is allotted 3 in-person acute visits per month, shared across all covered members, for issues such as infections, minor illnesses, or sudden concerns. Every covered member also receives one complete annual physical per year, subject to a 3-month minimum commitment. Essential members receive a 10% discount on IV therapy services and are eligible for our points rewards program.
