Preceptorship Process and Timeline

Given that Sameday Healthcare and your institution have an affiliation agreement and decided start times for your student, get started in 3 steps.

1. Register your student here within 2 weeks of their start date.

   - upload any pertinent information you may have on file

   - we will then contact the student within 1 week

   - we will CC the registrar on our welcome email

2. The student is invited to our compliance portal.

   - they can self-upload any missing information

   - they will sign computer use agreements

   - the compliance portal also includes EHR tutorials

3. We will then send login information for the student.
